Moving Forward.

It seems that the message for today is "Movinf Forward". I just had 3 conversations with 3 different people via three different sources of communication... All on the subject of letting go and moving forward.

Ir's easier said than done but it's possible. You know we hold on to people, places, and things when we know we shouldn't and then question why we feel like we arent progressing. I know. I have been there and sometimes I find myself there again. It's normal, human nature.

Realizing the routine is grand. When you feel yourself losing motivation ask yourself why. Not saying that a lack of motivation is inspired by other people, places, or things, but just to say that there's something causing you to feel that way.

It could be the kind of foods you eat.
The company you keep.
The way you sleep.
Including the Air you breathe.
Certain times call for certain measure.
If you have to change your way of eating to find balance, then do so. ***Eat healthier, each day is a progression*
The compnay you keep plays a big part in the energy that surrounds you. Some folk just dont need to be kept around. If you feel they are no good for you and your progression, then let go. It's not to say that you wont ever speak to that person again, its just to say that for the moment you have to "Let Go"...
If you must move, change location, change careers, start/finish school... Whatever it takes to get to where you want to be... Move. there's nothing wrong with a change of atmosphere.

"Move Forward... and then look back and remember but leave it to be remembered, not carried in your wallet for future reference."
